These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between you and JupiterImages Corporation, stockphotography.com, and any of their affiliates, parents or subsidiaries (collectively the "Company") Before downloading or otherwise using any photos, images or other content (collectively the "Content") from stockphotography.com, you must agree to these terms and conditions.
If you do not agree, then you may not use any Content from stockphotography.com.
Under these terms you MAY use the Content:
1. for any use not prohibited by these Terms including, without limitation for example, on web sites, e-mails, reports, office/room decoration, books, brochures, etc. Provided, however, that with any use of the Content that you agree to place full credit and a link to stockphotography.com when the Content is publicly displayed, such as on a web site. Under these Terms you MAY NOT use the Content:
1. as part of a database, group or collection of any clipart, photos, fonts, animations, web art, images or other content;
2. for redistribution, downloading or saving by others;
3. for or in any obscene, immoral, illegal, pornographic, or scandalous use;
4. in any use or project that competes with the services offered by this Site or the Company;
5. in any use or project where the Content comprises a large portion of the use or project.
6. authorize any third party to use the Content for any purpose or resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available the Content for use or distribution separately or detached from a product or Web page;
7. share Content across a network, on a CD, or in any other way;
8. use Content in any logo or part of any trademark;
You represent and warrant that:
a. You are at least 18 years of age and have the right to enter into this Agreement;
b. You do not reside in any country to which export of USA products are prohibited or restricted;
c. You will not use the Content in any way that is not permitted by this Agreement;
d. Your use of the Content will not violate any applicable law or regulation of any country, state, or other governmental entity;
You agree to fully defend and indemnify stockphotography.com and the Company from, and against, any and all claims, liabilities, costs, losses, damages, or expenses, including attorneys' fees and expenses, arising in connection with your use of the Content and stockphotography.com or of any breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty, or other promise made by You in this Agreement.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding its subject matter.
